How do i know my order is confirmed ?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after you placed an order.
Can i change my shipping address ?

If you filled in a wrong address, please send us an e-mail no later than 12 hours after placing your order. Provide us with your order number and your full name. We will try to change the address if we have not shipped out the order yet.
Can i cancel my order ?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes after you placed the order. Provide your order number and full name. If we have not shipped it out yet, we can cancel the order for you.
